Downtown Regina - Situated roughly between Mosaic Stadium and Regina General Hospital, the downtown area of Regina is the thriving center of business, culture, and entertainment, but without being too busy. Here, residents enjoy the many restaurants, bars, and clubs; Victoria Park; and easy access to the University of Regina's College Avenue Campus, the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, and Wascana Park.

Condos around downtown Regina range from late-century low-rise, to newer, taller buildings. A major selling point for these condos is, of course, the central location. Excellent for those looking for short commutes, or singles and students looking to be as close as possible to where its all happening in Regina.

University of Regina - South of Wascana Lake, and southeast of downtown Regina, the university area is an up and coming community for students and those who work at U of R. Townhomes and row-houses already cluster around the tree-lined parkways, but this area still has a lot of potential for future growth. As mentioned, here you can expect to find many garden townhomes, as well as a few higher-rise buildings, most notably Roberts Plaza at the corner of 23 Avenue and Hillsdale Street.
